If you have a smaller kitchen or bathroom, we will most likely have a partial slab or remnant that is large enough. We have 100s of partial slabs to choose from at very affordable prices.
Want to DIY - or have your own fabricator
All of the materials on this site have the price of the stone listed. If you are capable of fabricating yourself or know someone who can, then this is the way to go.
If you just want to do some of the job, for example install yourself, we can work with you on that basis too.
Why Less Expensive?
Left over materials from jobs, discontinued materials, store displays, cancelled orders. These have to be moved to provide space for new products.
We have hundreds of items not yet displayed on the site, so if there is something specific you are looking for, ask us.
How does Pricing Work
Material
Every piece in our store has a price for the material. The pieces change and popular colors tend to move very quickly.
That is the price for the material and you can take it away at that price.
Prices are a lot less than trade prices for the material, so there are great opportunities to save. Its just that much more affordable.
And you should come and see the piece just to make sure it meets your expectations before you purchase.
Fabrication
Once you select a piece, we are happy to fabricate it for you. We discount our fabrication rates for these pieces because we want to sell them to clear space for new inventory.
We charge $35/square foot for basic fabrication to your dimensions. That includes cutting rectangular or square pieces to size and edging it with a choice of edges. (Curved pieces, sink cut outs, and large radiuses cost extra).
So as an example, a custom vanity would cost:

$35/ft for the fabrication +
+$195 for the undermount sink including a porcelain sink.
Measuring and Installation
We are happy to template and install for you if you wish. And we do do recommend it for larger jobs such as complete kitchens. We quote this depending on distance and complexity but about $20 per sq foot with a minimum of $500 would be typical.
But do remember that we may not have any options for larger kitchens from this range.
